Committed to Quality and Reliability
Best in class technology is the cornerstone that enables dpiX a-Si sensor array products. With the cornerstone firmly in place, a foundation was required to build the robust structure required of a world class design and manufacturing organization.
"The ISO 9001:2000 standard provides a set of requirements that help ensure that effective business practices are implemented and consistently executed. At the same time, the standard allows companies the latitude to develop a Quality Management System that is best suited to their business needs and corporate objectives." Terri Pederson, Vice President of Quality & Reliability
In early 2003, dpiX selected the ISO 9001:2000 standard as the foundation on which to build a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS). Seven months after dpiX embarked on its quest to achieve ISO 9001:2000 registration, dpiX became a registered ISO company. Most importantly, dpiX made the rapid transition from a predominately R&D company to a high volume, design and manufacturing company that puts customers and quality first.
Through the application of the dpiX Quality Policy, and ISO required QMS procedures for document and record control, internal audit, corrective and preventative action, and Management review, dpiX continues to lead the way in the design and manufacture of reliable, quality a-Si sensor arrays.
