Position
Description:
dpiX, LLC, the leader in amorphous silicon X-ray sensor manufacturing
and technology, is looking for pro-active, innovative and energetic
contributors to join our team. Flat Panel/Semiconductor Equipment
Engineer in support of flat Panel manufacturing operations.
Performs
analysis and identifies trends in Customer returned goods, inspection
of finished products, in process materials and bulk raw materials,
and recommends corrective action when necessary.
Liaison with Customers on quality/technical issues identified at
the Customer site or in the field. Coordinates with other dpiX functions
such as Process, Design, Test, Reliability, Yield, etc. at dpiX
to resolve issues in a variety of ways (e.g. quality improvement,
spec development, tester/detector correlation, etc.).
Ensures the established manufacturing inspections, sampling and
statistical process control procedures are followed. Establishes
procedures and monitoring systems to ensure conformance to internal,
external and Customer specifications and standards (e.g. ISO, etc.).
Qualifications
Desired:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of at least 10 years
in the field or in a related area. 8+ years of experience in semiconductor
fabrication processes and equipment operation. Familiarity with
a variety of fab concepts, practices, tools and procedures. Working
knowledge of A wide degree of creativity, discretion, and independent
judgment is expected with minimal general supervision.
