Senior Technical Customer Service Representative

Position
Description:
dpiX, LLC, the leader in amorphous silicon X-ray sensor manufacturing
and technology, is looking for pro-active, innovative and energetic
contributors to join our team.
Responsible
for providing pre and post sales to dpiX, LLC customers. Develops
and maintains positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers,
which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
Influences production shipping schedules to manage revenue. Acts
as a liaison between customers, manufacturing, order processing
and finance to resolve status, production, delivery and billing
inquiries. Processes customer returns and exchanges. If required,
provides special pricing on-standard items.
Major
Responsibilities:
- Manages
all aspects of relations with customers such as quoting, order
taking, delivery, billing, returns, forecasting, information requests
and other issues.
- Directs
production shipments schedule to be in line with customer requirements
and internal revenue goals.
- Interfaces
with the Quality and Reliability, Process, and Test Engineering
functions on behalf of customers.
- Processes
RMAs, monitors and reports on RMA activities, and establishes/maintains
procedures for RMAs.
- Support
operational process and procedure development.
Qualifications
Desired:
- BS
degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5
to 8 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Good
written and verbal communication skills, flexibility in working
with a wide variety of cultures.
- Technical
knowledge in the semiconductor, display or medical field a plus.
