Director of Account and Product Management

Position
Description:
dpiX, LLC, the leader in amorphous silicon X-ray sensor manufacturing
and technology, is looking for a proactive, innovative and energetic
contributor to join our team. The primary responsibility of the
Director - Product Management is to enhance dpiX's relationships
with its customers by improving the effectiveness of internal and
external communications and exploring and implementing improvements
to existing business practices. The role serves to align the organization
on immediate and longer-term strategic customer issues.
Specifically,
this position involves serving as the primary point of contact for
aspects of communication regarding: product roadmaps, product design,
product specifications, yield, and quality issues. It requires working
effectively across functions including engineering, operations,
and product development and quality teams to define a coordinated
and focused approach to managing and resolving open issues for dpiX's
customers. This role requires managing the information and position
taken by dpiX and ensuring consistency across internal departments.
Major
Responsibilities:
- Lead
development of key strategic customer initiatives through collaboration
with executive staff and customers. Track using dashboard presented
to executive staff.
- Serve
as primary point of contact for the needs of the dpiX's customers
including managing a single message to the customer and serving
as the spokesperson for dpiX's position on business and technical
issues.
- Escalate
top-priority customer issues to the appropriate executive and
technical staff for responses to the customer.
- Maintain
ownership of issues until resolution is achieved, driving and
coordinating with other teams as needed, and setting customer
expectations accordingly.
Qualifications
Desired:
Engineering Bachelors degree required; MBA Preferred. 8-10 years
experience; Prefer candidates with managerial experience; Experience
working in semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus. Excellent
Microsoft Office skills required
