Vice President of Product and Process Development

Position
Description:
dpiX, LLC, the leader in amorphous silicon X-ray sensor manufacturing
and technology, is looking for a proactive, innovative and energetic
contributor to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Product
Engineering will be responsible for managing new sensor array product
research, product design, and process integration.
This
individual will work with the process and design team in CSD and
at the Palo Alto facility (R&D contract) and design and develop
new products and processes. Additional responsibilities of this
individual include defining design rules, performing device simulations,
and assisting in the development of the long-term technology roadmap
of dpiX.
Major
Responsibilities:
Additional skills desired would be the ability to perform device
and process simulation, and parametric testing. Experience in the
areas of thin film processes, such as PVD, PECVD, plasma etch, photolithography,
and low-k dielectrics, are essential. Outstanding project management
and communication skills are critical to keeping operations on track
and updating key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Desired:
BS Degree in Engineering, (Electrical/Materials/Chemical) or in
a relevant scientific area of study (Chemistry/Physics/Applied Physics).
A Masters Degree or PhD in such fields will be an asset. Work history
should center on TFT manufacturing (flat panel displays and/or image
sensors), with experience introducing new products to manufacturing.
10+ years of experience in flat panel display and/or semiconductor
design, process integration, and manufacturing, with a particular
emphasis in amorphous silicon TFTs and image sensors.
